I was with many other pool companies who made maintaining my pool a science. When I got to suntek they had a water test machine that gave me specifics on what to put in and the guy at the counter said" I'm just gonna give you what you need nothing more" suntek is an honest company and does not try to up sell you on chemicals and will continue to have my business

i shopped around to several places but the salesmen Dylan made it a clear choice to go with Suntek. Not only is the product they sell superb but the service is as well. Suntek has went above and beyond with my purchase of the tub and will have a customer for life!!!

I used Suntek to install my Loop-Loc safety cover last year. They were very professional and did s great job on the cover. My pool looked great when they opened it in the spring of this year. Thanks Emily and the rest of the staff for a pleasant experience!

Long story short, Suntek installed my in-ground swimming pool with complete disregard of the National Electric Safety Code (NESC) and the National Electric Code (NEC). I am now potentially facing an additional $10,000 to rectify the situation. Suntek loves to project blame elsewhere and refuses to step up to the plate and admit they screwed up. Kinda like the owner Bob, but have but disdain for the office manager Meredith. Not sure if Bob knows what she's up to... Please think twice before going with this company. They are quick to tell you they have been in the business for over 20 years, and even quicker to collect a check... However, once they have you on the hook, you will be spending a lot of time looking at a giant dirt hole in your backyard... Definitely the flat tire of the Long Island pool business...
