While moving out of my house I broke a water pipe coming into my basement and water was leaking in. Plumbwell (technician Ray) was at my house in 1/2 hour, put a temporary patch on and worked with SCWA to turn off water service coming in so a permanent fix could be made. Look no further...these guys do the job!

They removed and replaced my hot water heater, with no problems. Cost was reasonable and they were on time. there employees were professional, clean, courteous and fast.

Very very happy with the professionalism. They were punctual, really knew their plumbing, offered different suggestions and fixed our problem quickly and without a sign of mess. They even laid coverings on the floor from the door to the kitchen. Loved the job they did, would highly recommend. Thank you!

Bob and his team just finished doing an oil to gas water heater installation in my home in Massapequa. I cannot praise them enough. Extremely polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I had a seen their ad in Newsday and made an appointment for Bob to give us an estimate. To my surprise, on the morning the estimate was scheduled I received a call from his office letting me know that he may be a few minutes late. I thought that type of courtesy had gone out of style a long time ago. Apparently not.

The installation was done flawlessly even though this was not a typical install - Bob was able to move the heater to the opposite side of our laundry room which required routing of water and gas lines. I have never seen a more meticulous job!

If I dudnt have to give a star to write a revuew I wouldn't have, they destroyed my DVR and pkwer supply as well as phone system. They cut two pipes which leaked raw sewerage into my store. The sewerage syrated onto my new walks and also leaked into my bew medicine cabinet in my newly renovated bathroom. Bob gave me his wird that he'd replace everything that his crew damaged, it's been about one month and Im still waiting. He said ges not replacing anything because we shook hands, he's an amazing story teller. Id never let them do anything as what tgey did has been leaking ever since they did the work and he has the nerve to say that Ive sabotaged the job. In my opinion, this us how he covers incompetencey.
