Truly a professional after having two other repair company's too my home and still no clear diagnosis I called one hour heating and air . wow is all I can say after explaining my problem to them they were very nice and told me if they could not get my heat working they would not charge me for the service call . even after they knew two other company's had tried .

there repairman got to my home in 20 minutes put floor protectors over his boots was very polite explained what and how he tested each piece of my gas boiler then gave a clear diagnosis got my heat up and running until the needed part could be ordered and someone from there office will call me with a price quote for the repair and to make a appointment. job well done!
