This guy cost me thousands...
When he pointed out all the stupid stuff my contractor did on a retrofit installation of boiler and indirect water heater.

Things were not looking right with the work my contractor was doing on the NHB 150 and trying to educate myself to confirm my suspicions was killing me. But then I found Navien Repair Service of New York off the Navien web site.

Michael looked at my issues with my NHB150 and just for the heck of it looked over the rest of the boiler room (indirect DWH) and trouble shot the whole room in moments.

He warns he is not the cheapest to be found, but he goes beyond what was necessary.

Mike is Extremely smart. knows navien inside and out. he was a referral from the manufacturer because no one else could fix my heat, 1 minute he said what it was, called manufacturer and got us fixed in less than an hour, and he had the parts.Four plumbers and service charges, and finally im fixed. I fully recommend Mike for anything navien.
