I'm HVAC contractor.I did order inducer motor for heat exchanger coil and receive blower motor for air handler, I coming to change but they don't have in the stock most parts, there are tell me come next day morning and you will pick up. I was com on next day and received nothing (from Brooklyn to them in least 2 hours driving, so I'm really happy from the service and my customers also). Nasty service and very expensive. I lost money and customer, I'm preciate for this them.
