I asked for a reversed bob cut and got a plain straight across the sides and back cut that is more like a long bowl cut than a bob. I even showed the stylist photos of the cut I wanted in the books they had available there. What she gave me no where near looks like that. I figured if I got home and styled my hair it might look like it but the hair in the back is so long that you cannot even spike it or anything, it's all one length and there are no options on styles with it. Now I have to pay a professional to fix it. I hate when a stylist assumes just because a customer is in their 40s that they would prefer a hair style that is normally what a 60 or 70 year old woman would want. I also hate when I have to pay twice...once for a hair cut and once to have it fixed. I should have looked closer and not assumed she gave me the hair cut I asked for. I do not recommend this salon at all.
