This has to be the most imporessive Japanese/Fusion I had in a long time, including my days in Tokyo. All of my favorites(Tuna, Uni, Saba, Squid, Red snapper..etc) were very fresh, and top quality. If you are a fan of Sashimi, you will love this place.

Ask for Red snapper with boiled olive oil sauce. This was very creative and tasteful.

Don't forget to have a few pieces of Sushi. I had perfect combination of good fish and rice.

BYOB. Sit at the bar, and ask chef to get you what he recommends that day.
