brought in a cd player to be fixed never received the 3 cds that were in the player. when i called they told me that they do not guarantee that you will receive them back. now i know why they are so poorly rated. do not bring anything in to be fixed its worth a travel someplace else. i am calling the better buisness bureau on monday to file my complaint. they are rude and just horrible had to rate 1 star would prefer a ZERO

A local business that sells junk and is rude to its customers. I wont be going back. Horrible experience.

I ordered new Radio & plate for installation ABOUT $160.. HH installed new front speakers (Unordered), disconnected perfectly good rear speakers, broke my glove compartment(They had keys). Then charged for unneeded speakers and wanted to charge to connect rears they disconnected, COST JUMPED TO $400!. UNBELEIVABLE! RIP OFF. Got rears hooked up in Hyannis and they work fine. STAY AWAY! Want to sue but court wait too long.
