Don't do it. They are dishonest and the manager is the worst. He doesn't care about the residence he just cares about money. They do not respond to your phone calls. The common area is unkept. They use to take care of our community years ago but not anymore. The bushes don't get trimmed back. The curb is crumbling falling apart. In the winter the snow doesn't get plowed for days and then when they did do it they pushed it all up against my house and the basement flooded when it melted. Just terrible over all.

We have been residents of English Country Manor, managed by JC Properties for 9 years. JC Properties does not listen to our complaints. They just bark orders without being fair. We have a personal vehicle which is also used for our business and JC Properties is telling us where we have to park, writing threatening letters, and they are not concerned with the residents. JC Properties uses unfair practices when dealing with resident issues.. The property manager himself is very difficult to deal with. This company needs to spend more time listening and less time giving orders.
