Needed windows washed & sidings power washed ( green slime on it). In home estimate given of $6 f both sides of windows, $1 extra screens . Washer said he wouldnt wash screens as screens might be damaged by the pressure of water from a hose. Re cobwebs & dust on screens he said he wld wipe them down. Day of washin they cleaned only the glass panes of windows neither the the frame around panes nor sills full of dust/debris. Apparently, frame & sill costs extra too NOT MENTIONED IN ESTIMATE . Told them wld pay extra but they needed to clean it all - still didnt do it. Instead of power wash for siding they handwashed & green slime still left around windows.Called NEXT DAY for proper re wash - guy called Earl screamed why I didnt call the day of wash, window meant "glass" only & I'm trying not to pay, "keep ur money" and hung up on me ! These guys have changed definition of window. Y give estimate if you dont say have the window is excluded ? What a waste of my time.

i.e., My family has used Stanley T. Naudus for window cleaning and home Improvements for years. They always do a great job. This time was for interior and exterior painting touch-ups. As usual, the crew arrived on time, worked quickly, and did a great job. They were very understanding with my home schedule, as well as, patient in working with me to find a new color scheme. We've used Stanley T. Naudus for window cleaning several times and they've always done a good job. This time was for gutter cleaning. As usual, the crew arrived on time, worked quickly, and did a good job. I took off one star because the crew said they could not accept the superpages coupon as it was incorrect ($25 off gutter cleaning). Honestly, the price was fair and I intended to use them with or without a coupon, but I think they should resolve this issue with superpages.com as soon as possible as it may create some ill will with new customers. I certiainly intend to use them again.
