Bad service and unprofessional. Management was uncooperative when the maid broke a pair of $350 sunglasses which the home surveillance picked up and she denied. Company refused to replace them. NEVER again.

Do not use this service. Unreliable! The person showed up a half an hour past the window and blamed it on traffic. The window was a three hour window...I had to call and find out if they were even coming, and even the lady on the phone giving an explanation didn't sound confident when telling me. To say the least, not even half of what I said we needed to get done wasn't done. There were streaks left on the basins/toilets, windows and mirrors weren't cleaned, and the dusting was only to the height of the worker. The vacuum used left marks on the carpets. I don't even think the cleaners we supplied to them were all used properly. Plus, if something looked clean to begin with - it didn't appear they cleaned it. Will not use this company ever again.

I agree with the showing up late and taking forever to pick the girls up after the cleaning. I do however like the fact that you don't have to set up a schedule in order for the ceaning to be cheaper. You can call 24 hours a day to set up a cleaning. Most of the time you can get them to come the same day. Usually when they do arrive late they apologize and send 3-5 people to finish at the same time they would have finished if they were here on time. I've been using them for 3 years now. Yes they can be a little frustrating at times but for the most part they are pretty good. Great thing is they are cheaper than any other company I have found. (Yes I know, you get what you pay for but as long as they do all the cleaning I hate doing then I'm okay with that.)

Exeptional job for the price. Despite the other review we have been using for 3 years and have not had a problem.

My wife and I called the next day to talk to the owner John - first they said he wasn't there, then they hung up on us whenever we tried calling again.
