I would give zero starts but 1 star is the lowest rating allowed. We needed repair work on our gas fireplace. We had to wait 1 month for a service appointment. The technician did not show up during the 4 hour window. We called the store to find out if the service person will come or not. I was told twice he would call back. He never did. Worst customer service I have seen in the DC area for a few years. Do not do business with this company.

Bromwell's installed the direct vent gas fireplace for me. The sales consultant (Prescott) is terrific as he found the fireplace that meets my need and exceed my expectation in term of look and functional. Brian (the owner) is friendly, honest and very responsive. Scott (the installer) work is impeccable. These guys are awesome and highly recommended when you need a new fireplace or service or remodel of your existing fireplace.
