Just had Zack out to my place for the third time. He always shows up prepared. Always does an great job and always checks every element of the job for leaks before he leaves. He tells me to check for leaks just in case. If there are any problems (so far never have been) he will get right back to it and make it right for you. Also, I think his rates are reasonable. I feel like it was worth every penny I paid, and I would not trust anyone else to drill my tile shower walls to install grab bars. He chose better placement for the grab bars than I would have. I am a happy camper.
