I was looking for a gown. Lots of choice, very reasonable prizes, friendly customer service, but...many dresses were torn (ok, could have been fixed) and the ladies who helped me said that I would look great, pretty, amazing - you name it - in every dress even I looked terrible in it. It had helped, if the customer service would have been more honest!!! Luckily, I know what I need and had some relatives with me. They customer service should be the experts, but I had to tell them what is good for me. My body shape isn't difficult (5'9" and 145 lb.). So, after 15 dresses I left without one. I was really willing and fitted everything they gave me.

My sister's engagement was due in 5 days and I wasn't yet prepared for it. Came here for a dress that would best suit me for the engagement ceremony. Got a beautiful dress from here and the price was well within my budget

Party Dress Express was wonderful to work with, even though I didn't buy anything. After a horrible experience at another bridal shop, I went to PDX a week before a wedding I'm Maid of Honor in. Faith was wonderful, helping me look for dresses, calling their seamstress to look at my old dress, and offering to hold the "replacement" dress until I was sure the seamstress couldn't fix the dress I already owned. I consider it excellent customer service for a store to help, even when they don't make a sale. I'm past the point of being in a lot of weddings, but I go to a lot of formal events for my job, so I will be back!

I had a very positive experience at Party Dress Express. The consultant was very courteous and helpful and assisted me selection of a dress for my prom night. She even arranged to get it altered and delivered within 48 hours. Thank you so much. Surely will recommend!!
