They are professional and courteous. They helped make the move go smoothly. Even when cars were blocking any easy entrance to my apartment, they made it work without issue.

What a great experience! I needed to move the contents of my shop into storage and the movers were just the best. They handled everything with care, listened to how we wanted things organized and worked very quickly to get everything where it needed to go. Can't recommend highly enough!

Had a great experience using M&M Movers for my move in Dec 2014 and using them again. They showed up on time, banged out loading my entire house on the truck in a little over an hour, were pleasant and professional, took good care of my stuff, and made this day WAY less stressful than it could have been. All at a very reasonable rate. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I hired M & M Movers in May of this year and have yet to have my furniture satisfactorily repaired. They damaged my furniture during my move and it took 3 months of calling both the owners cell and the office to get a furniture repair man to my home. When he arrived and looked at my furniture he said he was only able to repair "minor scratches" as he no longer has a shop to repair extensive damage at. When I contacted the owners and office again to inform them that my furniture was not repaired they never returned any of my calls. I work hard to buy nice furniture and paid the so call professional company $500 to move me.

I used M&M movers and they damaged my refrigerator, looked like they dropped it down a flight of stairs. They also took apart my treadmill to get it into the basement, charged me extra for this service, and now my treadmill doesn't work!! Surface scratches on furniture and they ripped of a piece from the top of my armoire that needs to be repaired. Repeated calls made to M&M with absolutely no response!! Will never use them or recommend them again!!!

I feel compelled to let others know about my experience so they won't make the same mistake I did. They arrived on time and worked hard. 4 men crew in the heat and humidity. Everyone was pleasant and nice. Only problem was that one of the guys stole a gold chain and medal from me. I know it was him and 100 percent certain he took it. No shade of grey on this one; after we were all done in the room and the door was closed, he went back in and was very fast. I immediately followed and saw it gone. He admitted going back in the room when I confronted him-- this was after the door was closed and we all left the upstairs. I called the owner of the company, and he came out right away, and supposedly fired him. But I never got the chain back. He told me that I didn't have to pay for the time of the man who stole from me so I was saving 10 bucks an hour, and then the job took wayyy longer because he didn't send out another man. So I probably paid more in the end. He told me if I wanted any other compensation from him I had to take him to court. That is NOT good for his business. He knew that this guy had a history of stealing before and still kept him on the job. I ONLY WISH I HAD KNOWN!! It made the other crew members look bad and his whole company. I just want to let others know what happened to me and not to use M and M Movers. If he had reimbursed me the cost of the chain, I wouldn't have left a bad review. But the fact that this was a bad employee that he had complaints about earlier, I just want to get the word out. He tried to make me feel like it was my own fault. But truth is, he is responsible for who he hires, and I am responsible to be honest enough to tell people what happened to me. So I would stay away from this company if you are looking for an honest and good moving company. And BTW the way they put my bed together at the new house, I had to take it apart and do it over by myself! Kept collapsing!

Terrible. They were a bunch of kids. I was moving out of a 1 bedroom 2nd floor apartment to a single family home. They could not figure out how to take my fridge doors off. They spent an hour and a half working on that. They finally decided to cut one of the hoses on my fridge to get the door off. HORRIBLE!!! They took so long and it cost me $500. I would never ever recommend them to anyone.

Good company. Did our 5Br house move from Lakeville to South Dartmouth in one full day. Not one issue. Offered one of the lowest quotes we got and in the end, The quote stayed the same. Had two trucks and crews and nothing was broke or damaged. I would definitely recommend them to friends.

If you value your belongs and property do not use this company. Broke items, damaged furniture, never returned calls. Promised to fix and never did. Extremely poor customer service. Hired them because they were the only company available on short notice. Now I know why.
