Don't expect them to ever show up to resolve problems once they cash the check. I've been trying them to deal with roof leaks for THREE SEASONS now -- I kid you not. They showed up after a year of calling and did some calking that didn't resolve the leaks. In the second year, they actually set up an appointment to do a repair and replace a skylight and NEVER SHOWED UP. Amazes me... how do people like this stay in business?

If you don't care about them standing behind their work then they do a good enough job.



If you have the slightest problem don't count on even getting a return phone call.



I am on my third season of a roof link and failed skylight that (after a year of chasing them down) they tried caulking -- that didn't work. Since then it's been one failure-to-show-up after another.



Amazes me how someone can say, "i'll be there to put on a new skylight Tues 2pm" and never show up.



Amazes me more that they stay in business!
