I’m not sure of ALL the names of the guys who installed our A/C and heating unit a few years back, but they did it in the freezing cold of January, while it was raining!!! None of them complained once, and they’ve been servicing our unit every six months since the install.

I’m impressed because they ALWAYS COVER their shoes upon entering my home (I’m very strict with my “no shoes in the house policy” but I NEVER had to tell them once, as it’s just something they do.

They’re prompt about coming every six months to check our unit, tell us if they think it needs anything, and they aren’t high pressure salesmen. I have purchased everything they’ve mentioned, but only after investigating and researching the benefits of whatever it is they’ve suggested, on my own. in my own. So far everything has been a benefit to my home, and unit.

I feel they are honest individuals who truly care about their customers.

I’m not sure about their pricing, because I haven’t used anyone else, but I have a very good feeling that you get what you pay for, and so far, I’ve received excellent treatment from these pros, so I don’t intend to try to find anyone else, if or when my current unit breaks down.
