Despite the negatives posted... seems people only post when they have an issue and not so much when things go right. So...
We've purchased from this store numerous times at different times of the year, during both busy holiday sales and regular days. Always greeted by staff when within 5 mins of walking in the door. Always courteous and well trained about any furniture and warranty policies. The only real wait time we've had is when checking out, longest wait maybe 10 minutes (not bad during holidays). Pickup/load average wait time between 10-15 minutes, well within favorable. Think about it, they have to go find your item(s) in their warehouse and then forklift them down or shuffle items to get to them. This takes time and can not be rushed. Even when we were 8-10 cars back in line on a busy night, 30 min or less is still perfectly acceptable when you consider the bargain prices and the fact that they have the item in stock. Most other stores, you'd be waiting for weeks or months.

Place is a joke so understaffed. 12 cars deep in customer pickup. Will not answer phones. Place week be out of business in no time.

Beware. After purchasing two couches had to wait on a huge line- 16 cars ahead of me- to get the merchandise.at one point the line didn't move for 15 mins(we were timing). When my husband checked no one was on the dock. He was told by a sales associate that it was tax season and people were buying more. Has it occurred to them to staff up? Never again.

I purchased a matress set from this location. After two weeks the bed started to make creeking sounds when you get in and out or just rolling over! After contacting them on several occasions the manager agreed to switch out the base. The company no longer sells this brand. Therefore, I will now have to have a mixed matched set. Totally unacceptable on a bed that is only a few months old and has a 7yr warranty! First and last time shopping at any Weekends Only! Price is not worth the headache!
