I would take my car there again , friendly people.

WOW. the only way to describe mark2. we had been to three different shops with three different estimates on what they thought the problem was, not one of the three estimates matched each other. my brother in law had been to mark 2 in the past he recommended for us to try them. After appointment set up we arrived at 9:30 within an hour Ron was back with the news that the rod had come off of the cold hot door after hooking the rod back up the ac was working as it should. We were very happy! Ron then came up with the bill he only charged a half hour labor (44.50) for total repair, all three other shops missed this problem several hundred dollars would have been wasted. we are customers for life. thanks mark2. job well done.

My son owns a used Acura purchased from a local Honda dealer. Last time he took the car in to Honda for oil change, he got it back with "Check Engine" light on. They told him not to worry about it and they'd switch it off when he came in next time. 3,000 miles later, at the next oil change, he reminded them of the check engine light issue. They said they couldn't turn it off without reading the diagnostic codes, which they charge $100 for. He's a college student so time and finances are limited. Mark II got me in right away and diagnosed the code as air fuel ration sensor. Everything was repaired efficiently and quickly as I waited. The replacement part was expensive but the total labor costs were incredibly reasonable - not much more than what Honda wanted to charge just for diagnosis! I'm thrilled with the quality service and reasonable price. Parts are under warranty and since Mark II is a member of Tech-Net, I have nationwide warranty on the repair work. Awesome!

Family for 10 years, and we referral as many people possible. The other 2 reviews are right. Mark II tuneup are car doctor, and when you get a good doctor you stick with them.Because It is hard to find!

We've beeing going to Mark II Tune Up for several years now, after a friend referred us. We have never had a problem. They listen to the customer & go above & beyond to satisfy. I've been 100% happy with the work they've done on all of our vehicles. Thank you Ron & others!
