Went to buy part for my truck. Called to ensure they had it and they did. Went up to get it, waited 25 min for it to be brought it out of the back.. Got it home and its the wrong one.. Ugh.. So had to go back for attempt #2.. Store very dirty and unorganized.... Know what u want before you go.. Shelves so cluttered with junk you wont find anything without help.

They called and said my part was in and scheduled my appt for service. When I arrived, they had accidentally given my part to someone else. They said they would call me when they get the part back from the person. I drove back home wasting a quarter tank of gas. They call me and tell me the part is back and scheduled me to come back. When I arrived, they had my slip. I asked if I was going to receive a discount (thinking 10%) for my inconvenience for gas lost and their screw up. They refused, then asked if I still wanted the part or not. I told them I did, but I will remember this in the future. They then refused to sell/install the part. They lost a $238 sale over $20. Shame!I went to elsewhere, SAVED money, and was treated much better!Won't go to Ridge Runner ever again!

very pleasant and helpful office personnel. They even had a camper top to fit and match my paint already in stock so i got my top put on the same day. The top fit great and matches my pearl paint perfectly. Could not of asked for a better experience.

Topper would not fit truck correctly. Rubbed the tailgate. Scratches on truck due to several attempts to adjust. Molding around windows came off. Paint began to chip after a couple months.
