Better than clear mountain bank. Walk-in the staff know my name every time. Always polite never had a problem with the bank or any of the employees. The cash back rewards and atm rewards are also great. Everything is easy. Simple app to use.

I have been a customer for 8 plus years. MVB does not care about this. Dealing with upper management was a horrible experience today. Courtesy was not in her vocabulary. I will be closing my account after this treatment.
