Leslie Equipment Co (WV) BEWARE SCAMS Technician WENT TO JOB WITHOUT PROPER TOOLING TO PERFORM WORK REQUIRED, CREDITING ENTIRE INVOICE BACK TO CUSTOMER. Didn't bring proper equipment to check for the problem, charging for services not given. Overcharging for mileage, labor. After numerous phone calls my next correspondence was for not solving the problem and to get explanation for the invoice in the mail. I was charged an excessive amount for not providing any service. Shop manager which seemed to think that it was my fault that they couldn't figure out a problem because I didn't give them enough information which was the whole point in them sending a tech with gauges out to look at the equipment to figure it out, which they failed to do. The problem is still not repaired and I'm expected to pay for services not received. I shouldn't have to pay for services I did not receive. This company is very misleading when it comes to the delivery fees. They will tell you up front its $100 per hour but they fail to mention they have a $200 minimum charge for pick and also for delivery. I was told drop off and pick up would be around 1 hour each way so the grand total would be $200. But after they pick it up they will slap you with this big fee by sending you a invoice in the mail. BEWARE.....I will never deal with this company again after them doing bussiness like that do not like being lied to...
