I would rather do n/a as I have never been to this CVS Pharmacy. I don't mean to be rude, but if you are providing a prescription to a retail pharmacy please keep in mind that you are not their soul customer. Their job is to make you feel welcome, and provide you with an accurate service. Your responsibility as a patient is to make sure things are filled when you need them. Do not rely on anyone other than yourself, no matter what. Technology is not perfect. Software glitches. Trust me, I am an ex-employee. I loved my customers and tried to do them right. I know for fact that when they updated their systems a lot of patients I remember putting on the ready refill program glitched and the data was lost. I'm sorry that you had a terrible experience there, and know there are much better pharmacies in the long run out there.

perscriptions given to put on file were not there pill shortage/ must count them all/ called and ask me to use auto refill said yes went to get them and they were not there / lost perscription I WAS GOING TO CALL THEM IN / i T RUSTED YOU / went outdated because they forgot TO FILL IT
