We got a heater replaced and New central air! They gave us the best price were on time and did QUALITY work!!! I would highly recommend them!! GREAT JOB!

Excellent value and workmanship! The home was new 21 years ago. I had a new “Rheem” heating and air-conditioning system replaced by Quality Heating and Cooling Co. this past summer. The new air-conditioner is extremely quiet and efficient. The electric bill is so much lower I can’t believe it and the thermostat is set the same as before. What prompted me to write this review is the heater. This heater is so much more efficient than the old 80% unit that my gas bill is barely half of what it was before and this was a very cold winter. Anyone who uses this company will say good things about them but the biggest compliment came from the building inspector when he inspected the work. He pointed out the craftsmanship, the quality of the work performed and all the attention to detail that he all too often does not see in other jobs. No flexible gas lines, all the electrical work tightly loomed and perfectly aligned. Duct joints sealed, PVC air intake and exhaust piping perfectly aligned, supported and tight to the ceiling and joists, anti-microbial “A” coil with a see through clean out with it’s own brush. And the compliments went on. Then he asked for the contact information of the company that did the work so he could use them for work on his own home. I can’t say enough good things about this company. If you need service or new equipment you really have to call Quality first.

Stay as far away from this company as possible. Not only do they do suspect work, but they are more interested in defending their pocketbook, than solving customer issues. They came to do A/C work, and left my heating unit disconnected, and did not connect the exhaust back to the outside of the house. Given the fact that this would have spewed carbon monoxide back into the house, it was clearly cause for concern. Owner was supposed to call back to address the issue, but tried to work through his assistant, and would not own up to even discussing the situation. Poor workmanship, and poor customer service. Beware!
