My daughter took my wife's car here for a simple oil change. What she got was abuse, derision, and a condescending attitude regarding the type of oil she chose to put in the car. After arguing with the gentleman, a term I use loosely, the oil change was performed. Shortly afterwards, the oil light came on. I took the car to my mechanic only to find out the filter had purposely been put on wrong, the oil was all over the engine block, and I was told that we were lucky the engine hadn't seized or, even worse, caught on fire. Thanks for jeopardizing the lives of my family and nearly ruining our car because you couldn't con a young girl into buying your overpriced oil. We will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and may also choose to proceed with litigation. I would never recommend this Jiffy Lube location to anyone, and I hope that no one else has been purposely screwed over or been victimized. ~a very upset husband and father.
