I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED AS RUDELY AS I WAS BY, I GUESS, THE OWNER. I HAD GONE THERE A COUPLE TIMES BEFORE AND WAS TREATED VERY KINDLY AND HAD A FABULOUS JOB DONE ON MY NAILS. THE LAST TIME I WAS NOT ASKED WHAT I WANTED DONE BUT THE WOMAN HAD TO USE HER SANDER SO I ASSUMED SHE KNEW TO DO THE SAME THING...WRONG!!! SHE VERY ROUGHLY USED HER SANDER, BROKE THE SKIN SO IT BLED AND NEVER APOLOGIZED AFTER I SHOWED HER. SHE GAVE ME A STANDARD MANI (FRENCH) AND SLOPPILY AIRBRUSHED THE TIPS. WHEN I MENTIONED THE OTHER PERSON SHE GOT ANGRY... I RETURNED TWO DAYS LATER TO COMPLAIN AND ASKED HER TO FIX MY MANI. AGAIN, SHE DID A RATHER SLOPPY JOB, SQUEEZING AND MANIPULATING MY FINGERS LIKE SHE DIDN'T CARE THAT I HAD ARTHRITIS AND IT HURT!! NOT ONLY DID SHE DO AN INFERIOR JOB, SHE HAD THE BALLS TO CHARGE ME EXTRA FOR THE REPAIR!! YES, AND SHE TALKS SMACK IN HER NATIVE TONGUE TO HER COWORKER.. NOT COOL.. YOU'RE IN AMERICA WORKING ON AMERICANS INSTEAD OF SOME THIRD WORLD SLUM. BE GRATEFUL....I WOULDN'T GIVE ANY STARS BUT I HAD TO PUT ONE...

"I got my nails done by the owner, Nicole, she was rude and rushed through my nails! spoke in her native laguage the whole time while performing my services! She cuts 6 of my fingers with her drill; one of my finger got infected, had to go to the doctor for antibiotics for the unhealing infection. The doctor explained because of dirty implements were used! stay away because the equipments are not properly sanitized, spreading diseases from client to clients!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "

this place has one of the rudest employees that I've been too. they talk about you to eachother right in front of you. they don't pay attention to you when they are doing a service on you. they just get up and walk away as if you don't matter. it is very rude. they talk to you like you don't matter. the owner is the worst!! one time they were too busy so I just decided no big deal I would go run errands and come back. she stopped what she was doing and ran after me telling me to go to her husbands nail salon in the mall being very forceful and making a big fuss in front of people. so I just said ok but I left. ugh not fun.
