Dr. Charles E. Mardis (also known as “Dr. Chip”) graduated from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2011. Prior to dental school, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Ohio State. He is a graduate of Copley-Fairlawn high school and is now thankful for the opportunity to serve the community in which he grew up. Dr. Chip is an Akron Dental Society Council Member and also remains active with the Ohio Dental Association and American Dental Association. He enjoys attending continuing education workshops to learn and implement new technologies and treatment options in order to provide you the highest quality of care. Dr. Chip grew up in the field of Dentistry, assisting his father chair side for many years prior to taking over the practice in 2012. He is honored to be able to continue his father’s tradition of providing thorough and comprehensive dental care to people of all ages. When not at work, Dr. Chip enjoys spending time with his wife, Lisa, and their three young children. He likes to ski and snowboard and is a volunteer member of the National Ski Patrol. In his spare time, he can be found playing soccer or following Ohio State football.
