Exceptional effort to provide service. Shellie who works there has been so kind in various ways. She called me one month when I had forgotten to pay & even found me a temporary unit until one could open up.
Staff can flourish a place or ruin it. She certainly earns her money which I suspect may be less than she deserves. The units are clean but the thoroughfares are gravel; so, that's why I only gave the facility four stars.

Fabulous little Flea Market in Fairhope ... visit The 181 Market, 16925 State Highway 181 (located on the corner of Highway 181 and County Road 32) in Fairhope, Alabama. This little market has over 40 vendor shops, each packed full of treasures. Unbelievable prices on antiques and collectibles. You will also find local artist and craftsman in this little market. A Glass artist, jewelry makers, painters, wood workers, several seamstresses and embroiderers, stained glass artist and furniture refinishers. This place has it all ... even a great little hamburger / hotdog stand. Open every Friday & Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and the 1st Sunday of every month

Very clean and the staff is really friendly. They also hold a flea market every Friday and Saturday (till 2pm I believe) and 1 Sunday a month. Oh yeah, they have great rates! Even prorated a unit for me when we moved to the area and needed the unit the same day we showed up!
