Just had the worst customer service ever at this shop. In a struggling economy, I do not understand why a small business owner would be so rude and insist on being right.

She also stated she was the business owner when I asked, but from the company profile she is clearly not Mike or Jeremy.

I was simply asking for prices for the future when I had more t-shirts to be made and she began her rant accusing me of calling her a liar because she had already given me prices before.

I resolved that by simply paying for my order, which I was not arguing the price about and told her nevermind with price for the future because I would not be back! I attempted several times to say that everything was fine for my current order all I wanted was info for the future.

So very rude!!

There are other local shops who are pleasant to do business with, this certainly is NOT one of them!
