Lorenzo came out last night and fixed our broken AC unit, just in time for the 80 degree weather. He answered the phone (the first hurdle we clients have to leap, when seeking services in the Tri-county area) each time I called, and was able to show up, same day, even though I didn't call until mid-afternoon. He was personable, in uniform, introduced himself AND his employees, shook hands, made eye contact, and updated me throughout the service call, explaining everything in layman's terms. The fee was reasonable, especially considering the time of night. Bravo! I wish all contractor's in this area were as efficient and friendly...
