I had a need to order a bed for my friend's adult son who is disabled. My friend and her husband are elderly and have limited mobility. I called numerous other furniture stores to purchase the bed. They were not helpful at all and honestly could not have cared less about my business. Furniture Fair was my last call. The woman who answered the phone was delightful. She listened to my need and transferred me to a salesperson who went over and above to help me locate a bed that was in stock and that could be delivered and assembled in less than 24 hours. She also made sure to provide me with a discount on the assembly cost which saved me half of that cost. Bottom line: the whole experience was amazingly quick and easy. My friend was thrilled and her son has a sturdy bed. Thank you Furniture Fair. You have a customer for life.

Received defective furniture and had the worst customer service experience ever. Not happy at all with the customer service or furniture (pub table and 4 stools) from the Furniture Fair location in Fairfield. The table had a missing part and one of the stools had a big noticeable scratch and had a missing part as well. Called the store they wanted me to bring the table back to exchange it out, not happy with that solution because of the inconvenience since the store is a 45 minute drive for me or pay the $99 delivery charge although they were willing to reduce it to/charge me $59 to deliver another table and stool, which means that either way I would be paying for a mistake/problem that was no fault of my own. Spoke with the manager Derek who was very rude and condescending and acted as if I am the one at fault and should of paid for the delivery charge in the first place. Where is the quality and good faith of customer service that this company strives on. I will be returning everything for a full refund and will never purchase anything from this company again.

The worst experience I have ever had. First, the salespeople would NOT leave me alone so I could look, secondly the store in Fairfield is too crowded with furniture to be able to look without feeling crowded. The salesperson kept trying to get me to let her price out the brand of furniture that I had a flyer for from another store even though i told her if i bought that brand i would buy it where i saw it - not from someone who was trying to slam the other store. I will NEVER shop there again

I just can not tell you how happy I am with all my experiences at Furniture Fair. They are a great family oriented company and have quality merchandise at affordable prices. We started out with a chair, went back for a living room suite and if I can get my husband to go along we will fill the whole house!

Wow, talk about a family feel; this is what you get. I totally love the feeling that you are treated like a special member of the family from the first time you walk in the door. Not only do you get a great selection of furniture at outstanding prices; but you also get people that generally take your best interest to heart.



Our salesperson listened to our needs and helped us find the right furniture for us. They really were interested in helping us and not just about selling us. This is so refreshing.



Furniture Fair is definitely the place to visit for furniture. We will buy again.

Me and my husband went to umteen different furniture stores trying to find furniture for our new home. We went to sofa express and were about to buy when the salesman tried to sell us things that we didn't need. Needless to say we went to furniture fair and were lucky enough to be greeted by Bo a new salesman. We could tell he was new because he had to ask a manager to come over and help him a couple of times. But we did not mind at all because we felt at home. We have never been into a place of business where talk of buying something hasnt come up in the first 30 seconds. We were in the store and Bo got us a cup of fresh coffee and a delicious cookie. We were there for a good hour and a half. We picked our furniture out and had it delivered within the next week. I have only bought furniture once in my life but I do hope that the next time I buy furniture it is from a place like Furniture Fair. And to hope I get another salesman like Bo to assist me. I am very pleased with my selection and wont think twice when I need furniture I will go back to where I was treated the best! Hope this helps.
