DO NOT LET YOUR PACKAGES BE SENT HERE! This mania incredibly rude and nasty. We have never had to pick up packages from a third party place and my husband didn't know he couldn't pick up our package without at least having the matching adress(we just moved and got married). So instead of being helpful this mad was passive and mean. So then I called to get information and told him I didn't appreciate his nastiness. He then goes to ask if I was there and said my husband was lying(why would he?!). So I asked to speak to a manager because the way he was talking to me now and how he was handling the situation was unacceptable and he said he was THE OWNER. I told him he needed to change his attitude and he hung up on me! I called back and no answer! So I called jungle Jim's and had them transfer, I asked if I sent the tracking number to my husband would be give it to him, and HE HUNG UP AGAIN!
How is someone with such low ratings/reviews still in business?! I get that it's for security which I appreciate, but instead of being an a*hole more information would have been nice!

If I could give zero stars I would.


EDIT: I contacted UPS to report the fact that despite having all the information I need to get my package, he is still refusing to give it to me or answer any calls I make. Turns out this man has multiple complaints along the same lines as mine! Some are within the month!!!! They will be starting an investigation and hopefully can get rid of this place being an axis for UPS.

I am awaiting back to hear back from hallmarks corporate. I have helped run franchise stores in the past(which is what this most likely is) and there is always a higher up despite what this man tells you. He is the owner but there is still someone he answers to.

I urge everyone who has similar experiences as mine contact UPS and Hallmark. The more people that do the better understanding they will have on how nasty this man is and hopefully they force this old grumpy man into retirement or something.

Beth Ann's Hallmark is amazing. The owner's are wonderful people who care about their customers. The selection of beautiful product is awesome. I can spend an hour just browsing.

I have been going here for years and have NEVER had an issue. I won't go anywhere else.

Had a very nasty experience yesterday. I'd accidentally bought a duplicate Hallmark Christmas item at Ann's Hallmark, another Cincinnati-area store, and wanted to exchange it nrarer to our house. I called this store, spoke with a nice lady ("Beth Ann," perhaps?) who said "Yes, we'll be glad to exchange it." I drove there several hours later, and found a sour looking man at the counter. I explained why I was there; his response was, "My wife shouldn't have said that. You can take it right back to Ann's Hallmark to exchange it. THEY made the profit on it." I was stunned. No attempt to apologize for switching 180° on what his wife had told me. No empathy, no understanding, no "niceness" at all. I will NEVER set foot in this store again, just based on this man's behavior. Oh, and I drove immediately to Reichley's Hallmark, several miles away in Fairfield -- and THEY gladly exchanged the item. I also bought a few additional items, thanking them for their courteous and understanding customer service. BAH HUMBUG to YOU, man at Beth Ann's Hallmark! I'll spread my bad experience in your store as often and as widely as possible...

This is such a wonderful place. Always decorated and happy - always welcomed and NEVER have I been treated in any way other than warm and professional. Beth Ann's Hallmark is my one stop shop - I can get cards, gifts and decorations all in one place and I love it.
