do not bring your computer here if u want a timely repair. i gave them the ok to repair my computer it was almost 3 wks later and they still didnt have the parts i picked up my computer ordered the parts from dell which coost 25% the price pcw was charging for parts and pd someone i knew to do the work. when i gave it to the other person to fix pcw never put the screws back in which hold my screen on my laptop in place so i have to order the screws for that also
