CPM & Associates provides financial and construction program management, acting as the owner's representative for construction of projects of varying sizes. Program scope includes coordination of project team, architect, contractor and/or construction manager with focus on achieving the project owner's mission and goals to deliver a completed project on time and within budget. Aspects include value engineering, cost control and management, monthly reports, and presentations to committees, boards, and governing bodies. Established in 2007 by Michael Giaquinto, we deliver on our reputation for fair, honest and straightforward relationships in a business environment grounded in respect for all parties. Our services include new construction and project planning as well as major building renovations, provide thorough attention to every detail of the process. We anticipate and solve problems, ensure cost containment and value engineering as well as navigate regulatory agencies.
