Worst experience of my life. I was transferred to this oral surgery office because I needed my wisdom tooth removed. And I am shocked , I am shaking of how rude and horrible the staff ( Amanda ) was. Not saying the others were any nicer but AMANDA gave me the worst service of all time. They prescribed Valium to me to take an hour before the procedure and they forgot if they prescribed it. But OMG I am shocked for words I am a manager at a financial institution I deal and handle the public on a day to day basis I know and understand how clients should be treated and the way I was treated in that office today March 6th 2018 has to be the worst service I've ever received from a supposedly an Individual in the medical field ( someone who should make me feel better instead of bullying me , judging me , calling me the problem because of my skin color etc..... ) Again I am shocked for words. I spoke to the manager her name is Nancy and she told me to email her. I will be contacting her via email again, I will be contacting corporate , I will be leaving multiple reviews about my experience in every social media including my fan base platform. I will be contacting my lawyer because I felt discriminated against and bullied by the Staff ( Amanda) on March 6th 2018. Please please please do not take any of your loved ones or yourself in that Fairfield Ct office absolutely horrible. The staff there are rude , they talk to you without kindness, they stare at you and make you feel uncomfortable, they talk behind your back , but AMANDA herself is an Evil and Horrible Human Being and this is not the last time she will hear from me. I will make sure her license is revoked mabye not today , mabye not tomorrow but I won't stop or sleep until it does.

The front desk staff was horrible. They were unprepared, I previously told then about my anxiety about dental work. After the front desk staff were rude, I started having a panic attack due to my fear of dental offices. They told me the dr wouldn't reschedule with me since I didn't cancel in 48 hours. Well if your front desk staff was friendly and prepared I probably would have made it in the room. Never going there again. Nor do I suggest anyone with any anxiety about dental work go to there offices.

Dr. Berkley is an incredible Dr.!! He is not going to come in and tell you his life story or some stupid jokes, he just comes in and TAKES CARE OF BUSINESS!! I am in the process of having my teeth removed and having implants put in, and he was really good about setting up a plan of action that both worked for me as far as time and MONEY were concerned. He doesn't push or rush you into anything, and his work is unbelievable! I've had 12 teeth removed, and other than normal little bit of pain, haven't felt a thing!! GREAT DOCTER!!
