they have a great selection, people are friendly i had a great experience they had all the wine i wanted

I have gone to this particular store several times. Never a problem.( maybe because I am in and out). Today I was browsing in an aisle and as I walking down a bottle on top of the shelf fell right in front of me! It completely shattered and there was glass everywhere. I was so shocked and a lady who worked there rushed over, passing me , and ran to clean it up. As I am still there amazed that it almost fell on me . She doesn't even apologize there and continues to clean. Once I get to the register , I was a little ticked off that no one had apologized. This lady who worked there was older and blonde and I think was forgien. I spoke with her mentioning how dangerous that could of been and if it hit my head.... She laughed. I then told her that someone should have apologized ....she then tells me it happens to her sometimes and " that's life". I was so disturbed by this customer service. Didn't feel safe and didnt appreciate the rude service. Never will go back. And will tell all friends/family never to go there. Completely unbelievable.
