These folks are overpriced. I had another company erect a fence for half the price quoted by this company

Those of you who are looking for a fence company, think twice before hiring AllStar Fence . I hired this company of two people, which I learned after the fact, to do a small job such as putting up a gate on my driveway. The job was supposed to take less than a week and it has been close to two month and still no sign of the gate. First, he tried to take advantage by using cheaper materials than what I specifically paid for. Then, and only because I noticed, he agreed to replace the posts. I call him every day, and when he finally answer his phone, it took a month to replace the posts. To make matters even worse, the new posts were loose and not deep enough into the grown to hold the gate up. I called the to return my money since he had broken his contract in every possible way, but yet he never called back.



I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). They are trying to help me resolve the problem. I also had to file a report with the local police department, and I am taking him to small claims court.



Here I am doing everything by the book and using a licensed contractor from the town of Fairfield, CT and turned out to be the worse contractor in the world.
