Jeffrey L. Daniel has over twenty (20) years experience in the legal profession, with over fifteen (15) years as an attorney and counselor at law. Born in Ohio and raised in southern California, Mr. Daniel graduated from Fontana High School in San Bernardino in 1970. Upon graduation, Mr. Daniel joined the United States Army, receiving an Honorable Discharge in 1976. Mr. Daniel spent over 15 years in the construction industry prior to receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from San Jose State University in 1990. In 1995, Mr. Daniel obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and shortly thereafter was admitted to practice law before all courts of the State of California. In 2004, Mr. Daniel was admitted to practice law before the United States Federal Court for the Eastern District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
