Detail Authority of Fairfax, VA performed an outstanding job in detailing my two vehicles (a 2014 BMW X5 and a 2017 Honda Ridgeline) and applying the Opti-Coat Pro-Plus ceramic paint sealer over a day and a half period. Randy and his crew were great in fixing scratches and minor paint flaws and expertly applying the Opti-Coat to provide a super smooth and shiny finish at a reasonable price.

The worst carwash I ever seen, I have a brand-new car took it to the car wash it came out with a scratch and am very positive it's due to one of the ladies jewelries Who work there because I saw her wearing bracelets and ring and she was drying the car with a towel.I spoke with the manager to even look at the Recording from there camera and review how it happened, but the manager refuse to review the camera.I don't know how much it's gonna to cost me to take care of this deep straight long scratch I will never recommend this place because when they damage your car they act like they never did it.

Avoid, Horrible! The place is a HUGE rip off. They do not know the meaning of the word "detail". My car "was" new until they got their hands on it. I asked them four times not to shampoo anything but just to vacuum thoroughly and no fragrance. When I went to get car after work (btw, I made appt--they had car for 5 hours.) I opened the car to find floor mats were not there, they were crumpled in a wet heap in the back of the car. The car was NOT even vacuumed. They had quickly wiped the car inside with a rag dragging someone else's pet hair through my car. Car stinks like cheap toilet bowl cleaner. The GPS screen was dirty, vents still had dust. No "detail" was clean. To top it all, they damaged my car by dripping some sort of bleaching agent or harsh chemical on my leather seats leaving big splotches. Ruined. Manager was an insulting jerk. Nothing was done. I was sent packing. They took my change and almost took my phone charger until I asked for it back. Court pending. Don't go here
