My daughter was a passenger in an accident, delays in insurance claim processing resulted in rude calls and letters and then from a threatening collection agency.
quite frankly Fairchance Ambulance broke the law by having someone in an altered state(concussion) sign any agreement accepting any financial responsibility. Do you let altzheimers patients sign for their care too? Do you hold the pen for those unconscious and write their name for them? Well played.
So before you speak of good faith, take a look at your practices.
If given a choice-don't chose them! They're all about the money.
