If it was possible to leave a zero, I would. My teacup Chihuahua had an appointment at 3pm, so that we could find out what's wrong with her. Mind you all they did was check her vitals and told us it was beyond their expertise. They told us we would need to go to the Union City vet for further existence and charged me $80 for checking vitals. OVER THE PHONE SHE TOLD ME IT WAS $50 not $80. THEY DIDNT EVEN TRY TO HELP HER, I am FED UP WITH THESE SCAMS. Terrible, I will never come back!

NEVER NEVER take your animal to this place. I dropped my dog off at 8:10 that morning and they didn't call me until 5:35 that afternoon to let me know my do was finished. We arrived at 6:10 to pick him up but the door was locked and rhey charged me a late fee to pick him up. Since when does it take 9 hours to wash a dog????

I have 3 furbabies and Dr. Hyde is their vet. I am very satisfied not only with the service, but office is always cleaned and the staff is very professional. Dr. Hyde has been their vet for over 5 years. Thank you from jazmine, marley and milo and a happy fur parent.
