Well I had several bad experiences at my previous cleaners and was so pleasantly surprised to come across Nature's Touch. My clothes were clean thoroughly with no chemical smell. Quick turn around. There were stubborn stains in my favorite white pants which they were able to remove. Great work. Professional and friendly, great service.

I went to this dry cleaner to get some simple alterations done on four items. The owner does the alterations herself, so I thought my garments were in good hands. To make a long story short, I ended up with a missing skirt. They did not return and expensive skirt that I left with them, and the owner refuses to take responsibility for the item that SHE lost. She was very rude and unproffesional about the whole situation, and told me repeatedly to take her to court. If she would have just reimbursed me for the cost of the skirt (which every other dry cleaning business would do), she would have saved everyone a lot of time and energy. Do not use their service if you expect to get your clothes back!
