4/2016; Very sincere warning; I moved into Treeborn Apartments coming here from out of state, a military family, and can't believe what has transpired here. The machine broke to add funds onto a plastic card needed to access the washers & dryers, it has still not been fixed after several weeks with 100 + people living here now the manager told my child that she'd, "try to get the machine replaced either next week or the week after that." I've repeatedly expressed to her that I currently work 3 jobs, paying double housing until our home in another state sells and how vitally we need the laundry facilities that we pre-pay for via our rent yet now I'm told the laundry room was just a "bonus feature" they offer. Today when I spoke to a man & wife in the parking lot the manager called the police on me, the first time in my life, & told them I was "knocking on tenant's doors saying to boycott", when never have I even knocked on 1 single door nor spoke to anyone re: boycotting, ever. Sad, SAD
