I am a current student in Hondros nursing program. I highly recommend any person interested in pursuing a nursing career seek their education elsewhere. This is a very unorganized and unprofessional school. The teaching staff has no concept of professionalism. The program is relatively new and it seems as though someone woke up one day and decided to start the program the next morning. I do recieve financial aid, or should I say I am suppose to. Every quarter my financial aid seemed to take months on end to disburse. At one point it took 5 months! How is this possible when it took my previous school 5 days? Many current students are unsatisfied with most areas of this program. The staff does not cover material they plan on testing you on. One instructor gave a test that 99% of the class failed therefore, we had to take a second version. Another staff member told us that if we felt we weren't getting enough information on our material we should go get a job as an STNA! Overall this is a horrible program.
