I love the night crew that works there all the time. It's a guy and a girl that have worked together at that location for years. They always remember my order and I get a perfect sandwiches every time. Management has changed and the store is usually spotless when I come in. Good job Jess and Richard. You two consistently make the best subs in town.

We called in an especially big order in which I was treated with the utmost respect and friendliness. My husband picked it up with no hassle and a smile! You need to give these guys a chance. Dont base things on a day or two visit! AAAA+++ all the way! This was great as we are new the area! Convienent too!

i would have to say the walmart subway is not e very pleasant atmosphere. the restaurant is almost never clean and there are never any lids when i go to get a drink. The attitude of the employees is almost never up to par, but i cant blame them for being a little on edge with the way the manager breathes down theyre neck while theyre working with customers. on a scale of 1 to 10 i would have to rate the store a -1

As a fairbanks resident i appreciate good customer service. During my experience in the walmart subway i noticed that the manager was ridiculing one of the employees in plain sight and earshot. there is a time and a place for things to be said, and in front of customers is not the place. if i could recommend a fairbanks subway location that iv always enjoyed going to i would have to say the south cushman location. the girls are always friendly and the environment is peaceful where as the walmart location felt slightly hostile. if i were the owner i might even consider a different manager...nobody deserves to be treated like that.
