To be honest I like how they greet you when you enter the gym and out and pretty kind overall and the service was nice

Be careful of their business practices. I have no recollection of being advised of an annual fee in addition to the monthly fee, so today I saw an amount on my account that I did not understand.

I called to ask what that was and she said that was my annual fee. I advised her that I was canceling my membership today and would like to have the annual fee deducted. She said they would not do that since I had not notified them 7 days prior to the fee being deducted. I don't understand how they can charge me for an annual fee when I will not use ONE day of their establishment in that year. BEWARE!

Horrible customer service. Staff are immature and rude. They talk about the gym members and never pay attention to them. Payment options are ONLY checking, no major credit cards.

Clean and lots of variety. Tanning and massage chairs. Love it!
