Extremely unprofessional staff with little to no knowledge of managing and counseling individuals with mental illness. I am highly disappointed as well as concerned for the Fairbanks community as a whole with the staff within this organization. No follow through, false information given, uneducated staff, poor case management, inappropriately labeling supportive families, not thoroughly assisting in the capacity they should.
