Fairbanks City Hall is governed by the City of Fairbanks in Arkansas. It houses engineering, finance and personnel departments. The city hall has a building department that is responsible for issuing construction permits that include plan review, permit issuance and the inspection of projects related to plumbing, electrical, mechanical and structural for new and some existing construction. It also houses a public works department that offers street sanding, site maintenance, street sweeping, drainage upgrade, culvert repair, and snow plowing and removal services. The city hall has a police department that promotes community-oriented policing and problem-solving, as well as offers a range of law enforcement solutions.

Don't bother calling after hours because you won't get an answer. Also in my experiences, watch out for them on the road because they are likely to tailgate on icy roads, run red lights when on normal patrol and usually drive in the left hand lane despite not passing. However they are likely to give tickets for the same offenses.

In my experience the Alaska State Troopers are far more professional and responsive.
