Horrible, horrible, horrible! My husband is currently deployed for a year so I have been alone in Alaska for quite a few holidays. My Aunt set up for this company to deliver me flowers at work the day before Christmas Eve. The flowers did not come until 10 minutes before 5pm. I leave work at 4:30. Who delivers flowers to a business that late? When my Aunt called asking if I liked my surprise, I had no idea what she was talking about. Went to the address to see if I could pick them up so I would have flowers on Christmas, and their address leads you to nowhere! My husband set up for flowers to be delivered to me at work the Friday before Easter. He ordered and paid TWO WEEKS in advance! THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! He had to call Ft. Wainwright from Afghanistan and have them patch him a line to this floral shop to find out why I never got the flowers. They told him, "Sometimes we we don't get the online orders." WHAT?! The flowers showed up on my porch the next day with a blank card and my first name spelled wrong. Here I am thinking some random person sent me flowers and it was from my husband who typed out a whole sweet and cute message for me that they never included. Blank! HORRIBLE. NEVER USE THIS "COMPANY!"

I ordered a same-day delivery to the nearby air force base on 11/4/13 and the order was delivered same-day as requested. I gave the floral designer the choice to make the arrangement from the best selections available and my friend was overwhelmed at the size and quality of the arrangement. I suggested a few flowers I did not want included in the arrangement and that request was honored. Additionally, my card was correctly charged for the total amount I requested to spend, including delivery. The staff was courteous on the phone. The "bright and cheerful" flowers made my friend smile on her birthday.



It is hard when you are not local to select a florist and I am very pleased that I chose to order from Arctic Floral. I would not hesitate to recommend them to someone else.

Ordered tall purple tulips in a glass vase, got daisys in a tea cup. Asked for them to be picked up for a infants funeral and instead they somehow sent them to the parents. And to top it off they spelled the babies name wrong on the tag. Dont waste your money here.

The took my money, never delivered the arrangement I ordered, and refused to provide a refund. I've filed a report with the local police and the BBB. Take you business elsewhere!
