My wife was appalled to hear the girls at the counter comment on how they were glad that she didn't bring her kids this time. Didn't even have the courtesy to wait until she left to make the comment. I understand that a shop full of small items can be a hassle with a customers little one but alas that is the world of retail. Overall my wife is a fan of the store however as soon as I was informed if this I was stricken with disgust. It appears to me am that there is no such thing as Customer Service in Fairbanks Alaska. Desperate for employees must be the deciding factor around these parts.

I was appauld the owner robin sells samples instead of giving them out for beauticians to try. This is illegal! A smple from a manufacturer is not to be sold. It is a courtesy for the buyer to try their product. Also, they do not know color are not helpful and overcharge for products. I would shop anywhere else even go as far as down south. It is the old Alaska attitude of there is no where else to get the product but here. Amber doesn't know how to talk to people and probably didn't even graduate from hig school. It is difficult to find decent help but couldn't they try?
